Creating tangible usability in the dealership space

2060 is a paper-free solution to the old-world logistics of the automotive industry – document sharing between the buyer and selling during the critical phase of car purchase at dealerships. They recruited TribalScale as a full-service partner to address various challenges in its design, front-end, back-end, and product management.

We developed a web application organized by customer and document that facilitates seamless document sharing between buyers and sellers during dealership engagements. The old web application's designs were clunky and had feature-constraints due to technical limitations. After conducting user research, we were able to create an MVP web application organized by customer and document, facilitating seamless document sharing between buyers and sellers during dealership engagements to address these pain points.

After conducting extensive user research, our team gained a deeper understanding of the fundamental buyer and seller experience which we leveraged to develop an MVP. Our early focus on user experience ideation laid a strong foundation, resulting in a seamless handoff and collaboration between teams throughout the design system and screen development.

Collaborating with 2060 has enabled us to conceptualize the potential for scalable document and file exchange solutions that can transcend multiple industries. We successfully transformed an initial idea into a practical reality, catering to the needs of the automotive sector.
