Challenge
WSL wanted to do more than simply track data—it needed a reliable, real-time telemetry system that could withstand extreme conditions while seamlessly integrating with existing digital platforms. Key challenges included:

Solution
We leveraged WatchOS frameworks like CoreMotion, CoreLocation, and HealthKit to capture movement, heart rate, and GPS data in real time. Data was encrypted and stored locally on the watch, then batched and uploaded to AWS when connectivity was restored—an elegant solution that balanced accuracy, efficiency, and network limitations.

End-to-End Data Pipeline: Built a secure AWS-powered data stream using API Gateway, Kinesis, Kinesis Firehose, and Timestream for real-time ingestion, analytics, and visualization.
