Ten years ago, I took one of the biggest risks of my life.
I walked away from comfort and certainty to chase a belief — that TribalScale could exist, could lead, and could change the way companies build and innovate. I traded stability for possibility, and the unknown quickly became the most energizing chapter of my life.
Today, TribalScale officially turns 10 years old, and fittingly, today is also Thanksgiving — a perfect moment to reflect, to appreciate, and to say thank you.
When TribalScale began, we were pioneers in mobile product development. We helped shape the early era of digital experiences, guiding some of the world’s biggest brands into the mobile-first future. But what makes me most proud is not where we started — it’s how we’ve evolved.
Over the past decade, we transformed from leaders in mobile to builders of cloud-native systems to now becoming fully AI-native, all while staying deeply rooted in our commitment to Agile principles. Agile isn’t a buzzword for us — it’s our DNA. It’s how we move, how we think, how we empower teams, and how we enable our clients to adopt transformation that actually sticks.
This evolution hasn’t been accidental. It’s been driven by the same curiosity, courage, and high standards that built this company in the first place. As technology has shifted, we’ve shifted with it — always staying ahead, always learning, always sharpening our craft.
