Rich Gigante is the Chief Revenue Officer at TribalScale, where he leads revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, and business development. He has been with TribalScale since November 2015, initially joining as VP and Head of Business Development before stepping into the CRO role in April 2021.
Rich brings over two decades of experience spanning media, technology, and digital innovation. Prior to TribalScale, he served as Senior Director of Business and Partner Development at iHeartMedia, where he focused on digital audio strategy and partnerships. Before that, he spent nearly eight years at ESPN in increasingly senior roles, progressing from QA Engineer to Director of Quality Assurance, then Director of Business Operations, and ultimately Senior Director of Mobile Partnerships and Business Operations — giving him deep expertise in the intersection of digital products, partnerships, and mobile platforms. He also started his career in engineering, working as a QA Engineer at SMSC and Photocircuits.
Rich holds an MBA from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business Administration.
At TribalScale, Rich is responsible for driving new business across key verticals including financial services, manufacturing, and enterprise technology. He is known for his ability to identify client pain points, build strong relationships, and move deals through the pipeline with a hands-on, mentorship-driven approach. He currently leads TribalScale's sales team and plays a central role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy around AI-first transformation, cloud services, and agentic AI solutions. He is based in the New York City metropolitan area.
